By downloading or using the My Shop Paddy application and website (the "Services"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. License to Use

My Shop Paddy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your mobile device for your retail business operations.

2. Data Responsibility

Because My Shop Paddy operates offline, all inventory, ledger, and sales data is stored locally on your physical device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, uninstalling the app, or unpermitted access to your device. We strongly recommend routinely backing up your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

4. Limitation of Liability

My Shop Paddy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the app.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Enugu, Nigeria.
