Operational data — products, sales, customers, inventory, and ledger records you create while using the app. Note: This data is stored locally on your physical device via our offline architecture. We do not harvest or store this data on our servers.
Usage & device data — basic log data, device and browser type, and IP address, used to keep the myshoppaddy.com website secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

For the information we do have access to (such as your support emails or website interactions), we use it to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
Send service-related communications and WhatsApp integration reports.

We share information only as needed to run the website and communication services — for example, with hosting infrastructure providers and official communication API tools (like WhatsApp Cloud API) — and only to the extent required. We retain your contact and support information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with customer service. You may request deletion of your contact data by emailing us. Your operational data remains on your device until you manually delete the app or clear your device storage.

We use strict encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) for our website to protect your contact data. However, because your primary operational data is stored offline on your Android device, the security of that data relies on your device's physical and software security. We strongly encourage you to use strong device passwords and manage your physical hardware carefully.
